employers, and authorized visa sponsors.
BridgePoint:
- Is not a visa sponsor
- Does not issue DS-2019 forms
- Does not file immigration petitions
- Does not provide legal or immigration advice
- Does not guarantee visa approvals
All immigration decisions are made solely by authorized sponsors and government authorities.
No Guarantee of Placement
Submitting an intake form, resume, or inquiry does not guarantee interview selection, sponsor
approval, host employer placement, visa issuance, or employment. BridgePoint facilitates
introductions and coordination only.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate information
- Not misrepresent qualifications, history, or documentation
- Use the Website for lawful purposes only
Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification from coordination
services.
Intellectual Property
All Website content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of BridgePoint Exchange
Services LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
BridgePoint shall not be liable for visa denials, government decisions, sponsor decisions,
employer hiring decisions, delays, or any financial losses related to travel, housing, or
participation. All decisions are made by independent third parties.
Third-Party Relationships
BridgePoint acts solely as a coordination intermediary and is not responsible for the employer
workplace conditions, sponsor program rules, immigration processing timelines, or government
policy changes.
Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance
of changes.
Fees and Refunds
All fees paid to BridgePoint Exchange Services LLC, including but not limited to application fees and processing fees, are non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of the outcome of the candidate’s application, sponsor review, employer placement, or visa determination. By submitting payment, the applicant acknowledges and agrees that BridgePoint Exchange Services LLC facilitates connections between candidates, sponsors, and host employers but does not guarantee placement, sponsor acceptance, or visa approval. Fees compensate BridgePoint for the administrative, evaluation, and coordination services rendered, which are performed regardless of final outcome. Any exception to this policy is granted, if at all, solely at BridgePoint Exchange Services LLC’s sole discretion, and no such exception in one instance shall create an obligation or precedent for any other instance.
